consulting across marketing and business strategy, Tara King brings a fresh

Having spent most of her life living on rural properties, including in Cowra, the
Hawkesbury and now on a 60-acre horse property at Brookfield Tara has a genuine
appreciation for country living, the strength of rural communities and the lifestyle that
draws people to the region.
Having bought and sold many properties herself, Tara approaches every campaign
from both the seller's and buyer's perspective. She knows every property and every
client's objectives are different and believes good marketing creates momentum by
building a strong pool of engaged buyers. From there, it's buyer management,
following up before and after inspections, building genuine relationships and
maintaining consistent communication that ultimately help achieve the best outcome
for her clients.
Supported by the Ray White Rural Dungog team and the wider Ray White Rural
family, Tara combines local knowledge with the reach of more than 150 rural
businesses across Australia and New Zealand. While every campaign is managed
personally, the strength of the broader network helps connect properties with buyers
well beyond the local area.
Outside real estate, Tara enjoys volunteering at the Dungog Wholefood Co-op,
spending time with her horses and being part of the community she proudly calls
home.
